Till We Meet Again, Sobat NUS!

18 September 2019 – Five students from National University of Singapore had finished their study in Lembaga Bahasa Universitas Sanata Dharma. They studied Bahasa Indonesia for 1 month in Lembaga Bahasa Universitas Sanata Dharma. The program was closed by doing the closing ceremony at Realino Hall.
Two Indonesian songs by the teachers opened the closing ceremony. They played the songs using traditional music instrument, Angklung. After small performance from the teachers, it Ibu Truly Almendo, the Head of Asian Language Center, gave her speech. She said that the NUS program is not yet over. “Another NUS program would come to Lembaga Bahasa next October. So, let’s hope this is not the end of the program,” said Ibu Truly. The students then gave some testimonials during the program. Vivian, Denyse, Tono, Franky, and Andy shared their experience. They shared about their experience during the class activities and experience with their host families.

 

Before the closing was ended, Bu Truly and Mas Fendi gave the certificate from Lembaga Bahasa. Then, it was closed by having dinner together. It was such a nice moment with NUS students. Jangan lupakan Bahasa Indonesia ya teman-teman!
